A new furnace was installed in my home today by two of your employees, identified as Lee Q. and Kyle
C. I was told they would arrive at 8:00, which they did. They are both very pleasant, courteous, and professional. The work
was completed quickly, with a minimum of disturbance.
However, what really impressed me was the completion of the job There was absolutely no trace that
they had ever been there. Everything was back in its place and cleaned up.
I am very satisfied with both the company and it's employees, both field personnel and office personnel.

This is a note of thanks in the fantastic service your company provided last week! Our air conditioner
stopped working last Thursday - right before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I am eight months pregnant and it was going
to be a really hot weekend. Your service tech, Chris, responded very quickly and came back well after business hours
with the parts to repair the unit. He was here until probably 7:30 p.m. The day bfore July 4th.
I can't thank you enough - I was so grateful not to have to suffer in the heat all weekend.
