James, Jill, & Crew: WOW! What a great experience! Wade, Eric, & Hugo were great to work with and
Wade made me feel comfortable with the process by coming to me and filling me in on any changes that needed to be done, therefore
respecting my home by making as few "holes" in my drywall!! James, I was a wee bit worried not having you there to oversee
the procedure, but soon realized you left me, you new furnace, & new a/c in good hands. Jill, talking to you about small
heating and a/c problems that needed attention in my homes over the past 15-20 years and hearing your faith in James and the
business is what made me call Moore Heating - I knew I found good people running a trustworthy business.

cleaners and a new air conditioner. The installation work was done by Wade, Eric and Tyler in one day with follow-up adjustments
and settings by Jeff on the next day. Both my wife and I would like you to know that all of the work was done expediently
in a first class manner. Your employees were professional, courteous and left our home in great shape. Please convey our thanks

Friday, January 12th Customer Service. To Moore Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.: On Friday, January
12th, my furnace in my home was not working. I called another heating and air conditioning company and they said they could
be out on Sunday between 5 pm and 7pm. As you all remember, last weekend's temperature were below freezing. I have a daughter
with Cerebral Palsy who needs special medical attention, waiting this long was not an option.
At 6:30 I called Moore Heating and Air Conditioning and talked to Jane. Jane was very professional and understanding
of my situation. She had James call me and he told me a Tech would be out in about 90 minutes. James called me back and let
me know of the arrival time. Chris, the Tech., showed up right on time. He was dressed professionally, he was not complaining
about working all day in cold weather and than being called out at 8:30 at night. We went downstairs and I explained my problem.
Chris than showed me what was wrong and had my furnace up and running in about 20 minutes.
All three people I talked to that night were professional, courteous and .truly concerned about my situation.
I would like to thank everyone at Moore Heating and Air Conditioning for exceptional customer service. I will highly recommend

wanted to write you to let you know how pleased I was with your two installers Lee and Jeremy who put in my new Furnace and
A/C. They were both excellent professionals in every way and are strong assets to your business.
They were not only courteous and careful of their surroundings during the installation but also prevented me
from having a major problem with my brand new carpet by warning me about the potential of having buckling take place with
the new register. Accordingly, I had the situation remedied before they completed their work.
As you know, I have had quite a number of projects in this house which are nothing short of a complete remodeling.
During this time, I of course have had quite a number of "professionals" doing work here. Unfortunately, most of these "professionals"
have caused me more headaches than I started out with save for a few. As far as your workmen, performance, pricing and overall
value, I can easily say that doing business with your company has been nothing but a breeze. I am very, very pleased to have

a 50 gal. hot water heater.
I wanted to compliment these two gentlemen and their associates on what a professional and thorough job they

it.

I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the service your company has provided. A new furnace was
installed in my home today by two of your employees, identified as Lee Q. and Kyle C. I was told they would arrive at 8:00,
which they did. They are both very pleasant, courteous, and professional. The work was completed quickly, with a minimum of
disturbance. However, what really impressed me was the completion of the job There was absolutely no trace that they had
ever been there. Everything was back in its place and cleaned up. I am very satisfied with both the company and it's employees,

This is a note of thanks in the fantastic service your company provided last week! Our air conditioner stopped
working last Thursday - right before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I am eight months pregnant and it was going to be a
really hot weekend. Your service tech, Chris, responded very quickly and came back well after business hours with the parts
to repair the unit. He was here until probably 7:30 p.m. The day bfore July 4th. I can't thank you enough - I was so grateful
